Mrs. Rachel Dean Davis, age 92 and a resident of Wingo, passed away at 6:38 A.M. Monday, January 8, 2024 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. She was born on November 16, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Lloyd and Roxie Killebrew Watts. She was a retired librarian and Bookmobile driver for the Mayfield Graves County Library having 44 years of service. She is survived by one daughter; Linda Creason, Wingo, one son; Terry Davis, Brighton, Tennessee, five grandchildren; Charity Cole, Thomas Creason, Monica Creason, Sidney Davis and Taylor Davis. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son; Lloyd Thomas Creason, one granddaughter; Christina Truelove, one brother; Robert Watts and two sisters; Mattie Pearl Watts and Maxine Lovier. Private services and burial will be at a later date. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Graves County Public Library- 602 N 17th Street, Mayfield, KY 42066.
