THE BERKLER WILL
The last will of the late Frank Berkler who died in Friends Creek township, was filed for probate today. To the widow, he gave $2000 in cash, it being the face of a policy in the Home Life insurance company and to the daughters, Anna Fesler, Eva, May Griden, Emma, Daisy and Lena, $250 each; to the sons, Niese?, Willie, Frank and Henry, each $250 a total of $2500, the face of a policy in the Equitable Life Assurance Co. It is directed that all personal property be sold save enough stock to run the farm, the proceeds to be equally divided among the heirs. The home farm of 160 acres is bequested to the widow, also 80 acres in Ford county, and when the youngest heir becomes of age, or the widow marries again or in case of death, the lands shall be equally divided among the children.
The widow, Mrs. Louisa Berkler is the administratrix, bond $9400, with Henry Welge and Henry Berkler as sureties.
